Registration on its own is not authorisation for a person to carry out restricted sanitary plumbing, gasfitting or drainlaying work.
Registration represents a significant milestone in a person’s career as it establishes that they have proven knowledge, understanding and competence.
A certifying tradesman represents the highest license class and reflects the experience of the tradesman. Our certifying tradesman supervise our plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers and restricted license holders
Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying registration has different license classes.
The registration classes are:
- restricted
- plumber, gasfitter, drainlayer
- certifying

New customer or Existing Customer: Confirm Details
Schedule a proposed booking time
Call 30 minutes prior to confirm a booking time or the day before, if timing allows
Check the job before starting, communicate the process and outline the cost in a quote, if required
Complete all the work to our high standard
We take photos before, during and after work and share the photos with the invoice
Describe the completed work in the invoice
